Four Seasons Indoor Golf (“we”, “us”) operates this website at golffourseasons.com. This page explains what information the site collects, who handles it and how you can reach us about it.

1. Information we collect

• Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. Nothing else is required.
• Booking and store. Tee times, gift cards and packs are handled by uSchedule inside the pages you see on our site. Any account, payment and reservation details you enter there go to uSchedule, not to us directly, and are covered by their terms and privacy policy.
• Standard server data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Display preferences. If you use the accessibility options in the footer, your choices are saved in your own browser (local storage). They are never sent to us.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first.

2. How we use it

We use contact-form details only to reply to you. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list from the contact form.

3. Services that load on this site

• Resend delivers contact-form messages to us by email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile is a spam check on the contact form. It runs in your browser and may use technical signals about your device and set a cookie to tell people from bots. It loads only on the Contact page.
• uSchedule powers the booking page and the gift card and pack store, which appear as embedded frames. uSchedule may set cookies in your browser so you can sign in and complete a purchase. On iPhone and iPad, Safari can block those cookies inside a frame, so we offer a direct link to open the store in its own tab.
• Google Maps shows our location on the Contact page. Google receives your IP address and may set cookies when the map loads.
• YouTube hosts our instructional and suite videos. A video player loads from YouTube only after you click play. The preview image shown before that is fetched from YouTube’s image servers.

These services have their own privacy policies, and we do not control how they use data.

4. Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. The only cookies come from the third-party services above (mainly uSchedule and Cloudflare Turnstile). You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though booking and the store may not work without them.

5. Keeping and sharing your information

We keep contact-form messages in our email for as long as we need them to answer you and keep ordinary business records. We share information only with the service providers above, as needed to run the site, or when the law requires it.

6. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Your choices

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
