1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Four Seasons Indoor Golf website (golffourseasons.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site describes our private golf simulator suites in Fairfax, Iowa, and lets you book a suite, buy gift cards and packs, and contact us. Hours, rates and suite details are shown as accurately as we can and may change.

3. Booking and purchases

Reservations, gift cards and packs are processed by uSchedule, a third-party service shown inside this site. Booking and purchase terms, including payment, are those shown in that service at checkout. Rates are per suite, not per person. If something in a booking looks wrong, call us at (319) 550-8229.

4. Using the site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt it, bypass its spam protection, or send us anything harmful, abusive or misleading. Information you submit should be accurate.

5. Third-party services

The site includes embedded services such as uSchedule, Google Maps and YouTube. They are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. See our Privacy Policy for what each one does.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to Four Seasons Indoor Golf and its partners. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using the site or from third-party services shown on it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use means you accept the update.
